Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure a smooth transit back to our warehouse.
Package Securely
Place your unworn boots in their original shoe box and secure them inside a shipping mailer or box to protect the product during delivery.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
